Property Rules
To ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing and peaceful stay, we kindly ask that the following house rules be respected.
No pets allowed.
Please be considerate of all guests staying at Fairview Manor.
No smoking inside the guesthouse or any guest rooms.
No self-catering or cooking is permitted in any of the rooms.
A communal self-help station is available.
Quiet hours are observed daily from 21:00 until 07:00.
If you break or damage any property, replacement costs will apply.
No self-catering facilities are available.
Right of admission reserved.
Please do not feed the wildlife.
The speed limit within Koro Creek Golf Estate is 40 km/h.
These guidelines help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere that all guests come to enjoy.
Cancellation Policy
Should your travel plans change, the following cancellation policy will apply:
Cancellation 30 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation 21 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation 14 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
One-night bookings are non-refundable.
